1800 Tequila is the most awarded tequila in the world. Named after the year in which they first started barrel-ageing tequila, this fine silver tequila is made from 100% Weber Blue Agave, hand-picked from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico and double-distilled. 1800 blanco is a special selection of white tequilas blended together for added complexity and character. The clean, balanced taste with hints of sweet fruit and pepper is perfectly sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

1800 Silver is a great all-round tequila, good enough to drink on its own but versatile enough to be served long or mixed in cocktails. This would make the perfect gift for any agave-fan but if they already have a bottle of this on their shelf some other great options could include Ocho blanco tequila or Corazon which are both equally delicious and versatile tequilas.

The agave plants used to make 1800 are grown in the highlands of Jalisco and take eight years to ripen before they are ready to be harvested, they can only be harvested once.
