Buffalo Trace Distillery

At over 200 years old, the Buffalo Trace Distillery is steeped in history. Started in Frankfort, Kentucky between the late 18th and early 19th century, the distillery has been home to some of the biggest names in bourbon over the years, including Albert B. Blanton, George T. Stagg, Colonel E.H. Taylor and of course the man himself, Julian Proctor ‘Pappy’ Van Winkle, all of whom have lent their names to some of Kentucky’s most renowned and respected whiskies.

Today, the Buffalo Trace Distillery is a huge operation, fermenting, distilling and bottling a wide range of different bourbons, whiskies and other spirits. Their flagship product is of course Buffalo Trace, one of the world’s most ordered bourbons, but alongside this powerhouse they are also responsible for producing and distributing such well regarded liquids as Eagle Rare, Sazerac Rye, W.L. Weller and many more.

TT Liquor are lucky enough to be allocated a small number of the Buffalo Trace Distillery’s most prized expressions including Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve. To give our customers a fair chance to buy these incredible whiskies, we include them in our Reserved Range raffle.

Our reserved range features a selection of the world’s rarest and most sought-after bottles. Each month we pick a winner from our raffle and invite them down to the Liquor Store to buy one of these exclusive products at retail price.
