The Kitchen
Our kitchen offers different menus to different areas of our building; Neapolitan style pizzas for our terrace, alongside a range of charcuterie, cheese and vegan boards which are available on all 4 floors, and one-off menus for private events. Our kitchen also plays host to regularly changing residencies, guest chefs, supper clubs and ticketed dining experiences.
Pizza
We’re now running our pizza kitchen in-house, offering a menu of handmade Neapolitan style pizzas with a range of rotating seasonal toppings to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Pizzas are available every day on the Roof Terrace and can be pre-ordered for events, classes and private hires.
Spring/Summer Kitchen Residency:
ESTI
Greek/Australian restaurant Esti are taking over the kitchen at TT Liquor for a six month residency from March 2023.
Inspired by founder Kostas Vais’ Greek heritage and Australian upbringing, they’ll be serving an incredible menu of authentic fire-cooked Greek food. With an ingredient-led focus, Esti utilise the best of seasonal British produce and a range of native Australian herbs and spices to create a mix of familiar and original dishes in a traditional sharing style.
Open Sunday – Wednesday from 5:30pm – 10:30pm.
SUNDAY TERRACE COOKOUTS
For our first series of Sunday Terrace Cookouts, TT kitchen residents, esti, are bringing the barbecue upstairs to serve up their distinct take on Sunday lunch. Whole outdoor-cooked rotisserie lamb and pork, chicken thighs and seasonal veg with traditional Greek flavours.

Cobble Lane Cured
We offer a range of meat, cheese and vegan sharing boards across the Roof Terrace, the Cellar Bar and throughout our tastings, classes and events. We source all our British charcuterie from our friends Cobble Lane Cured, based just up the road in Islington, and all our boards are served with a selection of house-made pickles and freshly baked focaccia.
Aperitivo Menu
Every day from 4pm – 7pm across the Roof Terrace and Cellar Bar at TT Liquor, guests are invited to order from our Aperitivo Menu; get two classic cocktails and a British charcuterie board courtesy of Cobble Lane Cured for £20. Vegan options are available, cocktails will rotate regularly.

Our Bar Menu features a selection of handmade snacks and sharers alongside charcuterie from Cobble Lane Cured.
Paperboy X TT Liquor
For one night only, we were joined by legendary Paris sandwich purveyors Paperboy as they celebrated the drop of their recent shoe design collaboration with one of our good friends. Paperboy took over our kitchen for the event which took place on Thursday the 2nd of March for a ‘Pastrami Party’ – serving up signature sandos showcasing this beautiful brisket-based lunch meat.

Pao & The Gang Review
We welcomed Venezuelan chef Pao Carlini to our Shoreditch home for an intimate sold-out supper-club celebrating Cacao in all its forms. Attendees were treated to a sumptuous 5-course banquet centred around the versatile tropical fruit Cacao.
Taste of Black History Review
As part of our new range of dining experiences, TT Liquor welcomed Michelin trained and award-winning chef, Anthony Cumberbatch to our multi-faceted studios for Taste of Black History.
