To celebrate World Raki Week (4/12 – 10/12), Yeni Raki are taking over one of TT’s purpose built cocktail studios to host a pair of expert-led Raki-based cocktail making classes.
Raki is a traditional Anatolian spirit with ancient origins; distilled from grapes and flavoured with aniseed, raki has seen a surge in popularity with drinkers and bartenders in recent years and Yeni Raki have led the way in its rise.
Yeni Raki will be hosting their raki-based cocktail classes on the 4th and 5th of December. Guests will learn to make and drink three Yeni Raki cocktails while learning the origins, history and production process of this ancient spirit from one of Yeni Raki’s expert team.
