FULL DESCRIPTION
Smooth, cask-aged Barbados rum inspired by the ways in which gin distillers make use of botanicals, Union 55 uses a unique 55-day maceration process, taking great care to extract their flavours. Using a composition of cardamom, clove, vanilla, cacao and almond, Union 55 then add a touch of organic Añana sea salt to the rum. Its purity and mineral content ensure it perfectly complements the rum’s natural sweetness.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Dark Amber
Nose: Cardamom and clove with bright notes of fruity molasses.
Taste: Gentle spice with mellow notes of cacao and vanilla.
Finish: Saltwater taffy followed by a honeyed nuttiness.
Overall: Incredibly smooth and delectably nuanced.
