We’re celebrating the delicate botanical flavours of the Mediterranean this summer with a guest menu of spritzes and cocktails featuring classic French wine-based aperitif Lillet Rosé and modern botanical bergamot-based aperitivo, Italicus, available on the Roof Terrace from the 28th of August to the 10th of September.
To mark their two-week guest appearance, the team from Lillet and Italicus will be hosting a pair of tastings on the Roof Terrace on Tuesday the 05th of September. We’ll welcome you with a Lillet or Italicus cocktail from our rooftop bar before the experts from Lillet and Italicus take over to guide you through sampling a range of expressions from both brands and talk through some of the history and methods behind the liquids.
