For the remainder of their Summer Cookouts, TT Kitchen residents esti have partnered with Laphroaig to offer a menu of whisky cocktails and whisky infused dishes focussing on the core flavours of peat, salt and fire.
Inspired by Islay, the island home of Laphroaig, these bespoke cocktails have been created in collaboration with Laphroaig and TT Liquor bar manager Saša Ruvidic, bringing to the fore the flavours of PEAT, SALT & FIRE – the three elements that make Laphroaig whisky unmatched in quality and flavour.
To mark their collaboration, the team from Laphroaig will be hosting a pair of tastings in one of our subterranean tasting vaults in the Cellar Bar on Thursday 14th of August. We’ll welcome you with a Laphroaig cocktail before the experts from Laphroaig take over to guide you through sampling a range of expressions from the brand and talk through some of the history and methods behind the liquid.
