FULL DESCRIPTION
Pinot noir rosé fortified with raspberry eau de vie and aromatised with herbs barks and spices. A light floral fruit-forward wine-based aperitif with a dry aromatic finish.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Light orange with a strong pink hue.
Nose: Summer fruit, ripe berries, mint.
Taste: Summer fruit, ripe berries, mint.
Finish: Subtle spices, gentle bitterness, dry.
Overall: An accessible aperitif with bold fruit character, floral aroma and a sophisticated bittersweetness.

Connoisseur

Belsazar was established in 2013 by two young German entrepreneurs by the name of Max Wagner and Sebastian Brack. Acknowledging the rise of European aperitivo culture and consumer appetite for No & Low options, the founders set about creating Germany’s first premium wine based aperitif; focusing on high quality wines from the Baden region, SW Germany.
Each of Belsazar’s expressions is based on a different German base wine, fortified with a different complimentary fruit brandy/eau de vie and aromatised with its own bespoke botanical bill.

Both the winery and distillery are located in Staufen, SW Germany. Both are 6th generation family businesses, both 175 years old.

Delivery Information

Shop delivery: We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible, please be advised that some items may take up to 5 working days.

Voucher delivery: As soon as we receive a voucher order they’re sent out via first class post. Depending on how busy Royal Mail is, you’ll usually receive your physical vouchers in 2-3 working days. If you’ve made your order on the weekend we will aim to send it out the following Monday. Bank holidays may affect this. If you need it sooner, you can come to TT to collect it or Download a printable version.

Christmas Post 2023: Our last date to guarantee dispatched vouchers has passed. If you make an order after this date, we will still post it out, but it's unlikely it will arrive in time for Christmas. Please note that digital downloads are available on all vouchers!
