Description
FULL DESCRIPTION
The house Mezcal from the Quiquiriqui range. Produced in the village of Santiago Matatlan by third generation producer Carlos Mendes Blass in the family palenque. Although every batch is slightly different, it always kicks off with caramel and spice with hints of peaty smoke and a peppery green finish. Quiquiriqui means Cock-a-doodle-do and was the first UK owned mezcal brand. Launched in 2011 it certainly woke up peoples taste buds and carved out a market for mezcal in the UK.
