We’re pleased to announce that film and supper club specialists, Kino Vino, will be returning once again to our Shoreditch home over the festive period.

Together, we will be hosting a unique Moroccan-themed Christmas extravaganza, focusing on the delicate, colourful and fragrant cuisine of the North African state.

After a welcome drink and a variety of nibbles, attendees will be treated to a sumptuous festive feast, put together by Nargisse Bankabbou – founder of the critically-acclaimed blog My Moroccan Food, author of best-selling cookbook Casablanca, and recent winner of The Observer’s ‘Rising Star of 2018′ award.

Pre-dinner, there will also be a screening of an all-time classic – Michael Curtiz’ fittingly-named romantic drama, Casablanca. 

As per tradition, our dedicated bar team have the drinks menu covered. They’ve been hard at work creating a bespoke list of cocktail accompaniments, each one carefully designed to compliment the varied flavour profiles of each dish.

At the banquet’s conclusion, attendees will be invited back down into our Cellar Bar where they will be able to discuss all they’ve seen and tasted, and sample some of our new seasonal cocktail menu.

To top it all off, since it’s the Christmas season, we thought we’d treat you with some gifts – so each guest will have a goodie bag to take home with them as the night draws to a close.

Arrival: Guests will arrive through the doors of our liquor store at 6:30pm, where they will be met by their hosts for the evening and where they will receive a complimentary welcome drink and nibbles.

Screening: Attendees will then be led through the building and into our screening room, where they will be treated to classic romantic drama, Casabalanca, preparing themselves for the feast ahead.

Dinner: At the film’s conclusion at 8:45pm, guests will be invited up the stairs and into our West Wing banqueting space, where they will take their seats for the evening. There, they will be treated to a multi-course festive Moroccan feast paired off with bespoke cocktails courtesy of our discerning bar team.
