“ A nice and quick method of making pizza, the doughs the main part of it. And once you get that down, it’s pretty simple. Pull your dough out, spread it, make sure your ovens preheated, always! San Marzano Tomatoes, Fior Di Latte. Whatever toppings you feel like you want to go for, puts on a peel, slide it in, let the base heat up, let the base cook properly, lift it, let the crust rise and do its thing. Pull it out, chop it, serve it.”
