COCKTAIL JOURNEYS MASTERCLASS
Throughout Evening Standard London Food Month, we invite you to explore the history of cocktails on our Cocktail Journeys Masterclass.
Our upcoming Cocktail Journeys menu (soon to be available in the cellar cocktail bar) will bring four cocktails from important eras in the history of cocktail making, served one after another, each accompanied by a small plate carefully selected to complement the character of that specific cocktail.
This special masterclass will give you the chance to learn how to make four of the cocktails we will be serving in our cellar bar, travelling through the twentieth century, making and sampling one drink from each time period whilst enjoying the food that we have chosen to accompany the cocktails.
Reception Cocktail – Enjoy a complimentary cocktail on arrival to your cocktail making class.
Introduction of Cocktail Class – Be guided through the background and concepts of mixology and learn fundamental cocktail making techniques.
Make 4 Cocktails – Every guest will make four cocktails from our cellar cocktail bar menu, behind their own fully stocked and equipped cocktail making bar. Each cocktail will be accompanied by a small food pairing.
Cocktail Making Competition – Indulge in some healthy competition as each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make their own cocktail using a range of liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruits and juices available to them.
